A Day Tour, Jezersko (pick-up in Ljubljana or Bled)
An appealing adventurous trail above Jezersko, an outdoor paradise underneath breathtaking high mountains, made to amaze everyone who loves a good climb in the mountains. A memorable hike in a picture-perfect setting that tops off the day with inviting homemade food underneath towering high mountains.
Itinerary
We meet at the parking lot at Ravenska Kočna and head directly towards the amphitheater of towering mountains above Jezersko. The trail leads through a forest which eventually thins out and reveals stunning views just about every direction you look. Before crossing the precipitous slopes, the children (and adults if needed) strap on the via ferrata gear, attach themeselves to the mountain guide's rope, and proceed along the scenic secured trail. At the top, you can enjoy a taste of traditional Slovenian mountain food on one of the most panoramic terraces in Slovenia. Please note that it's about 1.5 hours to the Češka Hut for adults, which should make a 2.5-hour walk up for young families.
